The new Oregon State University Beaver Bookstore is clad in Terreal’s Zephir terra cotta wall tiles. This is an excellent example of Zephir terra cotta wall tiles installed over Knight Wall System’s Continuous Insulation (CI) Framing System.

Terreal’s Zephir terra cotta rainscreen tiles were used to reclad an existing block wall structure for an addition and renovation at Voorhees Hall at the City University of New York. Terreal’s extruded aluminum horizontal support rails for the Zephir tiles were mounted directly to the existing block walls to create a clean, new modern look for the existing block wall structure. The Zephir tiles were supplied in 12″ x 24″ modules with a smooth surface and a Revel Pearl Grey color.

The new Emory University Health Science Research Building in Atlanta, Georgia was recently completed and used Terreal’s NeXclad 14 terra cotta wall tiles. The tiles were supplied in small interlocking modules with a smooth surface and a matte finish Summer Rose glaze color. The terra cotta tiles were used for mechanical equipment screens on the top of the structure to compliment the Terreal/Ludowici terra cotta roofs on other campus buildings.

The new Pekin Insurance Building in Pekin, Illinois was just completed and used Terreal’s Zephir Evolution terra cotta wall tiles. The tiles were supplied in 12″ x 48″ modules with a smooth surface. The architect selected a blend of 70% Revel Red-Orange and 30% Red for the terra cotta colors. The terra cotta tiles were also used for accents on the interior of the building.

The Residences in East Lansing, Michigan near completion using Terreal’s Zephir Evolution Single wall tile in Red-Orange colors. The tiles were produced in a smooth surface and a 12″ x 48″ module.
CEU Presentation: On June 6th, 2013, Terreal North America presented it’s Terra Cotta Cladding AIA CEU Presentation for approximately seventeen architects on terra cotta rainscreens for Richard L. Bowen Associates in Cleveland, OH.
CEU Presentation: On May 15th, 2013, G. Davis & Associates presented Terreal’s AIA CEU Presentations for approximately twenty one architects on terra cotta rainscreens for Rohrbach Associates in Iowa City, Iowa.
